Stripe – Our payment provider

We use stripe to provide our payment, subscription and some analytics services. When you make a payment on our website, your sensitive information such as card number, address or full name is sent directly and securely to our payment processor, a trusted and secure third party. We make use of Cloudflare to help protect our servers from attacks, and to help improve performance. This works by caching commonly requested resources to help reduce the load on our servers.
Data which you provide such as email addresses and usernames may be stored indefinitely so that you can continue to make use of our service. Should you wish to have any of this data removed from our systems, you can delete your account or request its erasure under the GDPR (See “Your rights regarding data processing”).

We have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Very sensitive information such as credit card details are never fully stored on our servers, we use Stripe to collect and securely store this information.
